With Chalet Skade, the two biggest worries are taken care of - it's got proximity to piste, and an established chalet company making sure that the cuisine and your holiday run like clockwork.
Chalet Skade's location on the hill of Morzine places it close to both the town's night-life and also the piste.
Every day, it's just a few minutes walk from your door to the Super-Morzine lift.
This will give your group the freedom to come and go as they please, making the most of your precious time on the slopes without the fuss of buses or transport.
It also has a company with 15 years experience of making guests welcome in the valley behind it, so you can trust that your holiday will run smoothly.
The main floor of Chalet Skade is open plan with glass windows along one wall that make the most of the height of the chalet, and the view.
Stretching from a dining room and kitchen at one end to a comfortable log-fire lit lounge at the other end.
Downstairs you will find the hot-tub and sauna to soak your muscles at the end of the day's exercise.
Chalet Skade has five en suite bedrooms spread over the upper two levels.
Some of the upper bedrooms have balcony access to allow you to enjoy the view across to the Le Pleney lifts.
Traditional Chalet Catering
Chalet Skade offers half-board to guests.
Your day begins with a cooked and continental breakfast, featuring the constant presence of cereals, yoghurts and fruits, and with a different cooked item each day.
After you return from the slopes, an après ski repast will be served, usually sweets such as home-made cakes, but sometimes savoury if that's the preference of the group.
The evening meal is four courses of mixed international flavours, prepared in the chalet by your charming chalet host and served with wine.
A children's supper can be served before the main meal if you want to get the kids sorted out before you relax with your meal.
Special dietary requirements or preferences are happily accommodated.
Unbeatable Location
Chalet Skade is located on the hill side of the gorge of Morzine, just a few minutes walk from the footbridge into Morzine.
This places it very conveniently for both the Super-Morzine ski-lift, and the night-life of the town itself in the evenings.
Chalet Skade would thus be a perfect location for mixed groups, some of whom may want to ski only partial days, or not at all.
Chalet Skade is just 1 hour and 15 minutes drive from Geneva airport. Transfers to and from the airport can be happily arranged.
Chalet Skade changes over on Sundays during season.

Special Conditions and Applicable Discounts
- Child Price: There is a 50% discount for children under 12.
- Infant Price: Infants under 2 are flat fee of £100 and a cot will be provided.
- Whole Chalet Price: The price for exclusive use is 10 adults which allows up to 11 guests. Additional guests afer this are charged at 50% normal adult rate.
- Single-Person Supplement: There is a single-person supplement of 30% of the adult rate for 1 person occupying a double room.
