Chalet Sauterelle
Perched above Morzine is this lovely newly completed chalet, available now for your Winter Ski Holiday.
Without doubt, the most enticing feature of this Chalet is the uninterrupted view across Morzine which you can enjoy from this height. Situated on the snow-cleared Rue d'Avoriaz, it's never been easier to combine height and ease-of-access.
With ample bedrooms for a large group or several families, this new Chalet is an easy choice to make.
Perched above Morzine with an unbroken view across the valley to the Pleney slope is this lovely new apartment, available for self-catering rental for season 2008/2009

The main space of the chalet is split into two levels.
On the entrance level there is a modern and fully equipped kitchen, a dining table with bench and normal chairs, and a fire-lit comfortable salon to relax in.
There are french doors here that can be opened to let in the light and air and enjoy the view.
A flight of steps leads up to a second salon, perfect for giving the children a space to retreat to while you enjoy a glass of wine.
The upper salon has the large flat-screen television, as well as two full size couches, bean-bags for the small children and a generously stocked games cupboard.
For accommodation there are four bedrooms in Chalet Sauterelle.
The en suite master bedroom and two others are on the lower level, where there is also the family bathroom with full sized bath to relax in.
All the bedrooms on the lower level have huge french doors to take in the main feature of this chalet, the views across all of Morzine.
On the main level, there is another bedroom and another bathroom, this one with shower enclosure.
The bedroom on this level has a private balcony.
Chalet Sauterelle is sold as self-catering.
Just 2-3 minutes away by car in central Morzine is a large (10-12 aisle) supermarket for all your grocery needs. Nearby Morzine boasts a wealth of excellent restaurants for you to sample Savoyarde fare.
Alternatively, a Chef-to-Chalet delivered catering service can be happily organised for you, ask for more details and sample menus.
Chalet Sauterelle is located on the road to the Avoriaz resort between Morzine and Avoriaz.
The most convenient accessible lift is Super Morzine which is 5 minutes by car from the chalet.
People who stay here generally ski at one of the many ski lifts of Morzine or over to Les Gets.
Morzine is a thriving ski-hub enjoying more and more popularity each season.
With quick transit via Telecabin from Morzine to Avoriaz, you can access the Portes-du-Soleil with it's 650km of piste and great off-piste.
You can also easily access the Nyon and Le Pleney ski lifts leading over to the Les Gets resort area.
Staying at Chalet Sauterelle as self-catered, we do recommend you have your own transport.
Morzine is located 1 hour and 15 minutes drive from Geneva Airport where there are many rental car companies.
Alternatively we can organise private transfers for guests.
The Chalet changes over on Saturdays during season.
