A traditional market town in the heart of the Portes du Soleil, Morzine is dominated by attractive chalets spread across a river gorge, bordered by partially wooded slopes allowing skiing even in poor weather conditions, and peaks reachable easily from much more comfortable levels.
Morzine, at 1000m, is the most northerly of the French Alpine resorts (with the exception of the areas of La Grande Terche at
Saint-Jean-d'Aulps and Mont Drouzin), making it an easy to reach place from Northern Europe by any form of travel.

Finally, a self-catered apartment for smaller groups in the centre of town with a touch of class, but not overpriced!
The La Bevire apartment directly opposite the town square is not available exclusively through ChaletBook for your winter ski holiday.
It's hard to imagine a better location than La Bevire. Situated just a few metres from the bus station, and no more than 30m from the Church and Mairie, it's right in the heart of down-town Morzine.
For restaurants and bars, the choice is endless. A supermarket is directly facing it, and the Super-Morzine ski-lift is just a short walk up the road. Even better, there are five different free ski-bus routes within a 1 minute walk from the apartment's door.

Room to move in La Ferme d'Elie
Generous room sizes, included transfers and optional in-house child-care in this big farmhouse conversion make La Ferme d'Elie a sound choice for families
Before last year, Le Ferme d'Elie was slightly ruinous farmhouse above Morzine. The owners lifted the ancient traditional wood frame completely and built a modern Chalet designed and fitted to the highest standards underneath it. The majority of the wood in the Chalet is from the original structure, but they have added large, luxurious bathrooms, a second lounge room in the mezzanine area and modern luxurious features like underfloor heating.
The thing that surprises most people about La Ferme d'Elie is how much space is allocated to each person. Most of the bedrooms feature balconies to take fresh air in privacy, and the rooms and bathrooms are large and spacious, especially compared to the size of rooms in most Chalets! The floor plan allows you room to move in your bedrooms, being able to get around the beds and storage space to put things out of the way during your stay.
