With four flexible bedrooms and three bathrooms, it's walking distance to the main areas of town, while still being that little bit tucked out of the way for peace and quiet.

Available now for your family holiday in Les Gets is Chalet Fern, a comfortable holiday home in the Pontets development in Les Gets.
Situated on the Morzine side of Les Get, this lovely spot sits just a few minutes walk from the Les Gets high street, but far enough away to be peaceful, quiet and safe at night.
Staying here, you can easily leave the car behind, as it's only a few minutes walk to the lifts, or even quicker if you catch the bus that trundles up and down all day long.
Chalet Fern has a lovely sun-lit common area stretching from a lovely lounge at one end to the kitchen and dining area at the other.
The entire length of the building is lit with huge glass doors that face south and let a lot of light in, throughout the winter.
There is a log-fire, and a flat-screen television for amusing yourselves or your families, and plenty of space to relax properly after your day's skiing.
A bonus is the ample deck space and outdoor furniture, allowing outdoor dining and relaxing on sun-loungers.
Flexible Rooms
There are four bedrooms in Chalet Fern.
The two upstairs are en suite rooms with their own baths for private relaxation, they also have access to the south-facing balconies.
The two downstairs are more usually suited to children or mixed groups, as they share the family bathroom and WC from the hall.
All the rooms have twin beds, which can be pushed together to form doubles, meaning that any group type can be accommodated.
Space to cook properly
The kitchen is of good quality and was designed and fitted specifically to meet the requirements of cooking for the capacity of the chalet.
It has 4 hobs, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and all the cooking and serving plates anyone could require.
A number of Chef to Chalet services can be arranged for your stay in Chalet Fern.
Get in and out easily
People staying in Chalet Fern have all of Les Gets and Morzine to choose from for skiing, and by extension, the whole of the Portes-du-Soleil and it's 650km of piste and great off-piste.
The ski area of Les Gets consists of mainly many blue and red runs, along with the many red and black runs on Mt.Chery across the other side of the valley, which also has a ski park as well.
A free bus connects the two sides of Les Gets. The closest lift is 10 minutes walk from the Chalet, and there is a free ski bus that goes up and down the road all day long.
Les Gets is located just 1 hour drive from Geneva airport via the excellent French motorways.
Alternatively, private transfers can be arranged.
Chalet Fern changes over on Saturdays during Season.
