La Ferme de la Dranse has been pain-stakingly renovated over an extended period of time, transforming the interior of this lovely farmhouse into a spacious and modern accommodation venue.
The interior features tasteful, modern decor lifted with elements of the original construction such as dark beams and Savoyarde decorations.
Externally, the Chalet is a restored version of what is has been for hundreds of years - a typically French chalet farmhouse.
The chalet has a well lit lounge and dining area where you will enjoy your meals.
Well equipped entertainment systems are there to entertain, including a flat-screen TV.
Accessed via the ground-floor is the rear terrace where you will find a new Hot-Tub awaits you.
Roomy Accommodation
La Ferme de la Dranse has five en suite bedrooms on the upper two levels.
The rooms in this chalet tend to be larger than they need to be, giving you plenty of room to put your things away for the duration of your stay.
The en suites are clean and equipped with quality fittings.
Traditional Catering
The catering provided in La Ferme de la Dranse is traditional chalet holiday catering.
Your day begins with a cooked and continental breakfast, exactly what you need for a day of activity on the slopes.
Returning, you will be greeted with an après-ski repast to enjoy while you take your time in the hot-tub.
The evening meal is a four course meal prepared by your food-loving chalet hosts, and finished off with your choice of coffees or teas.
The meal is accompanied by liberal quantities of a specially selected French Merlot, or Vin de Savoie.
Access all the Portes-du-Soleil
The closest ski-lift is the Grande Terche resort, above the Chalet and within a 2 minute drive.
However, the recommended lift is Ardent/Les Lindarets which is 10 minutes by car from the chalet.
People who stay here generally ski at either there, or one of the many ski lifts of nearby Morzine.
Morzine is a thriving ski-hub enjoying more and more popularity each season.
With quick transit via Telecabin from Morzine to Avoriaz, you can access the Portes-du-Soleil with it's 650km of piste and great off-piste.
You can also easily access the Nyon and Le Pleney ski lifts leading over to the Les Gets resort area.
Courtesy minibus transfers are provided to all guests who use the operator's airport transfer service.
These transfers can also be provided to guests who are self-drive, for a fixed nominal charge.
La Ferme de la Dranse is just 1 hour and 15 minutes drive from Geneva airport.
Transfers to and from the airport can be happily arranged by the operator for a fixed fee.
La Ferme de la Dranse changes over on Saturdays during season, but is readily available for short-breaks or odd change-overs.

Special Conditions and Applicable Discounts
- Check In/Out: Check in is after 4pm. Check-out is before 10am.
- Child Rates: Children 10-14 years old enjoy a 20% discount.
- Child Rates: Children 6-9 years old enjoy a 35% discount.
- Child Rates: Children 2-5 years old enjoy a 50% discount.
- Infant Rates: Children under 2 are charged at a flat rate of £60. A cot, child seat and high chair will be provided.
- Single-Person Supplement: For single room occupancy, there is a supplement of 40% of the room rate.
- Triple/Quad Occupancy: For occupying room 2 with extra adult/s, there is a 10% discount.
- Whole Chalet Price: There is a fixed whole chalet price for up to 12 people. Please ask for details.
- Airport Transfers: Transfers to and from Geneva airport can be included at £50 per seat.
