You can trust a ChaletBook Chalet
ChaletBook staff believe that they can best serve their guests and their chalet operators by maintaining the highest quality of product in a market that is overflowing with mediocre accommodation and unscrupulous agents.

Personal Chalet Inspections

ChaletBook inspectors check them all out for you
We only accept Chalets that we have been able to personally inspect before we commence selling them. This allows us to make sure that the service being offered by the Chalet operator is a good match for their price they are asking and the expectations they create.
If we do not feel a Chalet or a Chalet Operator is able to provide the level of service we require, we simply do not book them.

Choosing the Right Chalet

Every Chalet has it's strengths and weaknesses
When we offer you a room in our Chalet, we know that the level of service that you're going to get will make you want to come back and book again next year. All our Chalets are unique and each has it's own strengths and weaknesses, whether that be proximity to night-life, piste or other facilities, or tranquil location and plenty of entertainment in-house.
Some Chalet's are perfect for groups who like a night out in the bars at the end of day, and some are more suited to family groups who want to get the kids tucked away early and then have enjoy the luxuries in the actual Chalet. Getting the wrong one can be an expensive and potentially ruinous mistake. While most booking agents will only be concerned with taking your deposit, but ChaletBook will make sure you're going to the right Chalet.
When we speak to you, we'll ask you what kind of holiday your group is looking for and we will do our best to make sure that the holiday you get is the one you want.

Flexibility

Chalets to match your group
Operating a selection of Chalets means that whatever your holiday requirement, we have a good chance of finding something that can suit you.
Whether that be Saturday or Sunday changeover, or even a short-break or part-week holiday, with more inspected Chalets on our books, we're more easiy able to find one that can make your holiday happen.
We are also more easily able to find a Chalet that fits "just right" so that you can occupy the entire Chalet exclusively.

All the pieces come together

Winter Sports holidays rely on so many small things going right
To make sure your holiday actually feels like a holiday, ChaletBook can take care of things like ski hire, lift-passes, airport transfers or ski school. We are also able to assist with hotel accommodation before or after your stay in the Chalet, or car hire if you prefer to be more independant.
Any one of these going wrong can mean hours of frustration on your part as you are forced to sort it out on the day, often while standing in the freezing cold and speaking a language you're not familiar with!
ChaletBook has chosen select local businesses with which to make arrangements for our guests. Businesses that we know we can trust to provide you with the level of service you require, in the language that you want it in. Rather than having to check out all the different service providers yourselves, why not let us recommend one that we trust.
