Have all your chalets been visited by a staff member?
Yes, all of our chalets have been visited and inspected by a member of current or previous member of staff.
It is important to us that the properties are marketed honestly and priced appropriately.

Can you assist me in booking airport transfers?
Yes, we can. We have partnered up with some of the largest transfer companies in the French Alps to offer you the best deals available.

I am staying in a self-catered chalet, where do I pick up the keys from?

What is the closest airport to Morzine-Avoriaz and Les Gets?
Geneva Airport is between 65km - 90km away, depending on which route you take from the airport. Transfer time is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Is linen provided?
Yes, bed linen is provided in all our chalets and apartments. Some properties charge an additional fee for towels. Please contact us for further details.

Can I pay for the accommodation locally?
No, all accommodation needs to be paid for in full prior to arrival.

What deposit is required?
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking, if the arrival date is more than 8 weeks away. If arrival is within 8 weeks, full payment is due at time of booking booking. Under certain cirumstances other payment option maybe available.

What payment options are available?
Generally payments can be taken by debit card, credit card and bank transfer. Please be advised that ChaletBook do not accept cheques.

Why do you advertise in different currencies?
ChaletBook charge in the currency of the chalet or apartment operator. This will be in either EURO (€) or Pound Sterling (£).

Can you book flights?
No, ChaletBook can not make flight bookings on your behalf.

What time can we arrive at the chalet?
This varies depending on the chalet or apartment but generally arrival time if fom 16h00 (local time). Please call 0845 680 6802 to confirm.

Is late check-out available?
This again varies depending on the chalet. Check-out time is 10h00 (local) in most chalets. Please call us on 0845 680 6802 for more information or to request a late check-out.

We have a late flight leaving resort, can we store our luggage until our departure from the resort?
This depends on the property and the operator. Please call us on 0845 680 6802 to request a late checkout.

What are your office opening times?
During season our office opens 08h00 till 20h00, 7 days per week. Inter-season and Summer vary.

Generally yes. This can vary depending on the chalet and operator.

It's midnight in Morzine and I need to contact you urgently?

What is the drive time from the Channel Tunnel?
From the French side of the
Channel Tunnel drive time is approximately 8.5 hours dependent on traffic.
