Chalet Starski is a beautiful big chalet renovation on the high road above Morzine. Spread out over 4 levels, this chalet has eight flexible en suite bedrooms, suitable for any size of family or group. Experienced chalet hosts are on-hand to take care of every aspect of your stay, from your champagne arrival to putting on your skis each morning.
Chalet Starski's bedrooms have all been finished to a very high, modern standard. As the photographs below clearly show, the attention to detail in the finish speaks for itself. Almost all the rooms have access to a terrace or balcony, from which you can enjoy the view over Morzine, and every bathroom is a crisp clean oasis of tiles.
Chalet Starski has a large games room, a beautiful log-fire lit lounge and dining area, and a second lounge area above on the mezzanine perfect for children. There is a further second TV-room which, when not being utilised for overflow guests, is a great safe place for children to spend an evening, or alternatively a quiet retreat for a couple or family seeking a moment out of the rush.
Chalet Starski is a catered chalet specialising in serving local specialities or other carefully chosen menus. The catering commences each day with a hearty breakfast with all the breakfast faire you could want, including pastries, yoghurt, porridges and fresh fruits. Upon your return from skiing, you will welcome by an afternoon tea in front of the real log fire. The evening meal that follows is 4 courses served with a selection of fine wines, followed by coffee and chocolates, or a drink from the bar.
People staying here can easily ski from one of the many lifts on either side of Morzine. Morzine is a thriving ski-hub enjoying more and more popularity each season. With quick access via Telecabin from Morzine to Avoriaz, you can access the Portes-du-Soleil with it's 650km of piste and great off-piste. Closer still, you can also easily access the Nyon and Le Pleney ski lifts leading over to the Les Gets resort area.
The staff are on-hand to provide lifts to and from either of the two main lifts in Morzine, and collect you again at the end of the day.
The chalet is located 1 hour and 15 minutes drive from Geneva Airport where there are many rental car companies. Alternatively we can organise private transfers for guests.
