Chalet Guytaune is located in a beautiful elevated position, providing stunning views over Morzine, Montriond, and the surrounding area. The chalet is approximately a 10 minute walk from the town centre. There is also a free bus stop just 150m from the chalet which operates during the day.
As you enter the chalet, you are greeted by a spacious lounge room, with huge comfy sofas and a roaring log fire. This opens out to the dining area, and an essential tea and cake island! For those wishing to spend the evening in the chalet there is plenty of entertainment available from the chalets Media Centre (WII, DVD's, board games, MP3 docking station, computer and wireless internet access). An ensuite bedroom with balcony completes this floor.
Upstairs there are three ensuite bedrooms all with balconies offering stunning views and a very large quad bedroom. In addition to the ensuite shower rooms, you will find a separate bathroom, giving you the option to have a relaxing soak at the end of the day. All the bedrooms offer ample storage space with large fitted wardrobes.
The bedrooms all offer double or twin beds with plenty of space for a cot/smaller bed for young ones. Sumptuous cushions and throws add extra luxury and comfort to the rooms, so much so you may be tempted to spend a relaxing day in bed rather than on the mountains!
Downstairs there are two further ensuite bedrooms, and a large heated ski & snowboard room.
There is also a sauna on the lower floor, a top of the range "table football machine" and a hot-tub offer stunning views over the valley and surrounding areas.
Cuisine
The professional chefs design menus to give you a wide range of fine cuisine, and we will do their best to cater for any dietary requirements or special requests you may have.
Each day will begin with a buffet style breakfast, comprising of cereals, breads, croissants, pain au chocolat, fresh fruit salad, yoghurts, conserves. In addition there will be a hot breakfast option provided each day. After a day of skiing or snowboarding, you will be able to enjoy afternoon tea and cakes back in the comfort of the chalet. In the evening, a delicious four course meal is served with complimentary wine of a high standard.
The chefs have one night off each week allowing you the opportunity to try one of the local restaurants. We will be happy to help with any reservations that you may require.
